What if I don't like the final product?

 

I am confident that you will love the final product. However, for those of you don't believe me, I offer a 50% refund if you are not fully satisfied with the final product. The remaining 50% will cover the amount of hours I already put into the design, as well as pay for the supplies that I used.

 

Do you offer a discount for more than one logo?

 

Yes. I offer a package deal. If you buy two logos at once, you will receive a 10% discount off of the combined price of both.

 

Do you offer a reward if I bring a friend to you?

 

Yes. If you refer a buddy to me, I will pay you 10% of the final cost of his/her logo.

 

How much do your custom logos cost?

 

I have no set prices.  They range depending on the complexity of your project.  You tell me exactly what you need and I will quote you.  Let’s talk about it.  Check out my rates page for more info.

 

How long does it take to get a quote?

 

Between 24 and 48 hours.  All you have to do is contact The Zone and I will get back to you.  You’ll like what you hear.

 

How long does it take you to complete my custom design?

 

Again, this depends on the complexity and depth of your idea.  The easier you are to get a hold of, and the more quickly you respond to my emails, the more quickly the transaction will go.  If you are in a rush to receive your design, I will put you ahead of my other projects for a small fee.  We will discuss the fee over email, phone, or instant messenger.

 

How do I Pay for Custom Designs?

 

I accept two different methods of payment: Paypal, and credit card.  I highly recommend paypal because its fast, easy, and secure.  If you don't have paypal, we will do a credit card transaction. No problem.

 

What format will my design be?

 

I will send your custom cartoon logo in multiple formats, in one zip file. The formats are as follows: .ai(vector), .jpg, .png, and .gif. These are the types of files you will need for your website and print. I will explain the details to you upon completion of your cartoon logo.

 

Do I have to use the quote request form to receive my quote?

 

No.  I would prefer that you do because it keeps me organized and allows me to get back to you more quickly.  However, if you prefer to simply contact me then you may do so.  Please make sure to include as much info as you can about your idea.
